Q: What about customizing materials?
A: All materials you access with your subscription
can be customized. They are written in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Only the sample
documents are presented in PDF files. Remember every time you customize materials by
adding and deleting items, text and pictures can move or be hidden in Microsoft
Word and PowerPoint. This stuff drives us crazy as well but that is the price
you pay for allowing it to be customized. You will have to edit or minimize a
textbox or picture in some cases. Look carefully after you re-design the
material to make sure content you wanted wasn’t lost or a picture you had is now
only partially there or hidden altogether.
Q: How can I use the materials?
A: You may use our materials "as is" or customize them
for your organization. You cannot sell it, post it or claim it as yours. We think that is fair.
