It is simple. CLICK Here and select either the Corporate or Government subscription plan that meets your needs.   Fill out the information and follow directions to subscribe on-line using a credit card. If that option is not open to you and you want to pay by your organization’s check, fill out the order form (CLICK here to load it) and send it in with your organization’s check.  When your payment is processed you will receive an e-mail that you are ready to use our site.
